Mentorship Terms & Conditions
- All mentorship plans are valid only until the upcoming NEET examination.
- Study materials, tests, and other academic resources will be provided exclusively in the English language.
- Offline test papers included in the Pro, Yakeen, and Max Plans will be delivered to the student's registered address through courier services.
- Mentorship guidance and communication with mentors via calls or messages may be conducted in Hindi, English, or a combination of both, depending on convenience and availability.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to non-availability, refusal, or failure to accept the package, an additional charge of ₹199 will be applicable for re-dispatch of the order.
- All payments made towards any mentorship programme are non-refundable and non-transferable to anyone else after enrollment.
- Students are expected to maintain appropriate conduct and remain reasonably active within the programme. Any form of misconduct, abuse, disruption, or prolonged inactivity may result in suspension or removal from the assigned group and programme benefits without refund.
- The PCB Point reserves the right to modify programme features, schedules, tests, mentorship structures, and operational processes whenever necessary for academic or administrative purposes.
- By enrolling in any mentorship programme, the student and/or parent acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
