Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The PCB Point, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship and educational support.

1. Digital Services

Since our services involve mentorship, planning, counseling, digital resources, and personalized support, refunds are not applicable once the service has been activated or delivered.

2. Cancellation Before Service Activation

Students may request cancellation before onboarding or before receiving any mentorship session, personalized plan, or resource access.

Refund requests in such cases will be reviewed individually.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Lack of participation by the student
  • Failure to attend mentorship sessions
  • Dissatisfaction due to examination performance
  • Admission or rank-related outcomes
  • Partial usage of services

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of The PCB Point management.

The decision of The PCB Point shall be final.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
